Dialom has been in the business of manufacturing
Diamond Dental Burs since 1962. 95% of our production is exported to over 40
countries around the world.
Dialom's quality system complies with the
requirements of ISO 9002 and with the Medical Directive 93/42/Eec (CE Mark).
Dialom's Diamond instruments are manufactured from
pre-selected diamond grit in special shape and size. The Diamond is bonded in a
special metal Bond. The galvanic metal layer is bonded inseparably to the
stainless steel shaft and guarantees an optimal grinding performance and long
operating.
Dialom manufacturer of Diamond Electroplated Tools
since 1962 applies A new process electroplating consisting of single and
multiple layers of diamond grit giving the highest concentration possible, the
double of a 100% concentration of bonded grinding tools.
This process was developed by Dialom after many
years of experimentation.
The controlled regular shape of the diamond grit
crystals provide better mechanical support and increases retention in the
plating matrix and results in less diamond loss while grinding, sawing or
lapping.
Dialom Ltd. Manufactures the following tools in
natural diamond grit and in synthetic diamond grit:
-
Electro-Plated Diamond Blades: slotted and continuous rim.
-
Electro-Plated Diamond Blades with flange.
-
Electro-Plated Diamond Concave Blades.
-
Electro-Plated Diamond Core Drills.
-
Electro-Plated Diamond Profile Bits.
-
Electro-Plated Diamond Router Bits.
-
Electro-Plated Profile Bits.
-
Electro-Plated Router Bits.
-
Electro-Plated Profile Wheels.
-
Electro-Plated Diamond Flex-Machine.
These Electrolytic Bonded diamond tools can be
used for sawing, grinding, drilling, grooving, inner grinding and shape
grinding of hard alloys, tempered steel, natural, artificial stone, porcelains,
hard plastics, all sort of glass, semi precious stones, minerals, ceramics,
steatite, synthetic carbon and many other substances.
Electroplated diamond tools can be used dry on
certain materials, but a good coolant not only improves the cutting efficiency
and increases the life span of the galvanic layer, it also ensures a better
surface finish in the work piece. Glass or other temperature sensitive
materials requires particularly an adequate coolant.
